The end is in sight

Another good tutorial and a great start to the day to keep us motivated. Gideon liked the new logos and thought they were right on track, the only thing he did not like was the strawberry on the teacup (cafe design), he feels it looks like it has just been placed on and isn't really needed. I do see what he means with this but I would still like to incorporate it somehow, this is something I will have to play with to try and make it work.

Kirsty and myself set about to try and complete all of the advertising and promotion today, as well as PR, whilst Jess finishes the cafe spaces. We have worked well trying to find images and styles for the cafe and it is really coming along nicely. I feel like all of our work is really coming together now and looks very much like a well branded campaign.

After today it is nearly all finished, I wanted to try and get as much done before our next tutorial in the hope that all we'd have left to do is small tweaks here and there. I feel it important that we aim to finish by the end of Friday 13th, so we have plenty of time to produce the presentation.

Above is an ambient idea of branded 'Ella's Cookery School' oven gloves to be found on public transport. Hopefully something like this would lead to getting some good press too!
